January is Rotary Awareness Month. Dates for your Diary:
1st January - Date by which Clubs must have held their Special General Meeting to elect club officers for the following year.
18th January - District Foundation Committee Meeting – Wednesday.
25th January - District Services Committee meeting – Wednesday
31st January - Last date for submission of Form 6 to RIBI and the
District Secretary.
Second half of RIBI Subscriptions are now due. Review Attendance and Leave of
Absence records.

Four courses will be held in 2006 commencing on Sunday 23rd and 30th July and the 6th and 13th August. Total inclusive cost will be approximately £225 per head. As far as possible all routine correspondence will be sent to Club Representatives via e-mail, for suggested procedures please contact Clatworthyhugh@aol.com .

There are vacancies for three Assistant Governors, District Secretary and District Community and Vocational Service Chairman. Please encourage Club Members to stand for District Office, it’s your District and you can make a difference if you have firm opinions or you don’t like the way District is run.
