6^th March - District Youth Speaks Final – Ivy Bush Hotel, Carmarthen Please note change to date.

9^th March - District Council Meeting – Please note venue changed to the Castle Hotel, Neath at 7pm.

15^th March - PETS (2) Zones 1, 2 & 3 - Trinity College, Carmarthen at 1830 hrs - Details for PE’s attached.

23^rd March - PETS (2) Zones 4, 5, 6 & 7- Aberdare College, Aberdare at 1830 hrs - Details for PE’s attached.

23^rd March - District Officers Training Sessions – Details to be advised.

31^st March / 2^nd April - RIBI Assembly - Birmingham.

5^th April - District Foundation Seminar for West Wales – See details below and attached.

If Form 6 was submitted in time, proof of District Directory entry will be received by mail or e-mail.

No action within 7 days assumes that it is correct.

Consider nominations for District Governor 2008/2009 Proposals Forms will be sent to all Clubs no later than 1^st March, completed Proposal Forms to be returned to the District Secretary no later than 1st April.

VALEDICTIONS: We are very sorry to report the loss of FM & HM Percy Parish of the Rotary Club of Newport Uskmouth, Rex Hurst Rotary Club of Haverfordwest, John Clatworthy Rotary Club of Aberdare,

PP Frank Power Rotary Club of Pembroke. We extend our deepest sympathy to Percy, Rex, John and Frank’s family and friends.

Youth Speaks District Final –

District Council Meeting Resolution

– Please see attached Proposed Resolution which has been submitted by the Rotary Club of Briton Ferry. This will be put to the District Council Meeting on 9^th March 2006 and voted upon. Please contact Don Carsley, PDG, District Council Representative 2007. if you require any further details.
