May 11th - District Executive Meeting – Castle Inn, Neath, - at 7.00pm.
May 14th - District Young Musician Final (Saturday)
May 16th – Commencement of Vintage Car & Caravan Tour – Ivy Bush Hotel, Carmarthen, at 2-30pm.

May 26th - Medieval Event at Caerphilly Castle – Thursday - Joint Rotary / Inner Wheel Event. – Please see below.
VALEDICTIONS. We are very sorry to report the loss of: PDG Gordon Edwards – Rotary Club of Cardigan, PP and first new member David Harding – Jones of the Rotary Club of Saundersfoot. Bill Fyfe, Jim Keane and Alan Wickes – Rotary Club of Penarth

District Services Committee Meeting – May 4th - Message from DGE David Whitshire.
“ Members of the District Services Committee are reminded that this particular meeting will be ‘on-line’
so all members should submit their reports to both the District Secretary and the DGE David at least seven days before the meeting (reports on line would be preferable) and be at home to take part from 7.0pm to about 9.0pm. this will be something of an experiment and a degree of flexibility will be required by all. If any Service Chair wishes to raise an issue with the Executive that should be highlighted in the report and availability to attend the Executive Meeting identified. If anyone wishes to discuss the meeting with DGE David please feel free to do so.”
Medieval Event – Joint Rotary/Inner Wheel Event at Caerphilly Castle – May 26th – Please support this event!. Support from Inner Wheel has been great but there has been very little response from District Officers and Clubs. The castle will be fully dressed, with local serving wenches and resident Minstrels from Warwick Castle.
