July 1st – First Half- Year RIBI capitation fees are due, the Club Treasurer to remit dues along with the completed prescribed form. Please ensure that the treasurer uses the number of members as at the 1st July on the capitation return.

Membership Development target is a net increase of 1 member for each Club in
District.
Review Attendance records to ensure that members meet the minimum requirements of 60%,
Advise the President to book the D.G. for his/her President’s Night if he/she hasn’t already done so.
Have arrangements been made for the DG’s official visit to your Club?
If you have a special anniversary next year and you want the RIBI President to be there please start planning it now in conjunction with the DGE.
Now is also the time to start thinking about planning for the R.I. Convention in Copenhagen 11-14 June 2006.
